Scope

These terms cover the use of Drafted's site, the purchase of any digital bundle, and the license that ships with each bundle. They do not cover any third-party tool you choose to use the bundle inside.

Account

A buyer account is created when you make your first purchase. The account holds your purchase history, your downloads, and your refund eligibility. You are responsible for keeping the email on the account current and accurate.

Purchase and license

Each bundle is sold against a fixed cap. Once the cap is reached, the bundle is retired and no further licenses are issued. The license terms are summarised on the license explainer and stated formally on the formal license page.

Refunds

A 7-day refund window applies to every purchase, contingent on no download being recorded against the order. The window closes immediately once any download is logged. See the refund policy for the full statement.

Liability

Drafted provides bundles as-is. The site, the bundles, and any accompanying material are not warranted to fit a particular purpose. Liability is capped at the amount you paid for the bundle in question.
