Grant of license
[PLACEHOLDER — CA REVIEW IN PROGRESS] Drafted grants the buyer a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual licence to customise and resell the bundle as part of a derivative product, subject to the conditions stated below.
Permitted uses
[PLACEHOLDER — CA REVIEW IN PROGRESS] The buyer may customise the bundle and resell as their own product, use the marketing mockups and sales-page template, translate the content, combine with other products owned by the buyer, retain the files in perpetuity, and replace the buyer-identifier footer in their edits.
Prohibited uses
[PLACEHOLDER — CA REVIEW IN PROGRESS] The buyer may not resell the bundle unchanged as a Drafted bundle, redistribute the source files for free, grant their own buyers resell rights (the chain stops at the buyer's buyer), claim authorship of the original Drafted source, obtain a refund after a download has been recorded, or strip personalisation from copies they redistribute.
Refund eligibility

Irrevocability
[PLACEHOLDER — CA REVIEW IN PROGRESS] The licence granted to the buyer is irrevocable. Drafted retiring a bundle does not affect the rights of buyers who purchased the bundle before retirement.
Authorship
