7-day refund window. Refund possible only if no download has been recorded against your order. Once any download is logged, the window closes immediately.

This anchor is the buyer protection in lieu of a generic “no refunds on digital goods” rule. The 7-day window is generous compared to the digital-goods norm. The no-download condition keeps it feasible — once a buyer has the file, the file is theirs and the sale is final.
