What your notice must include

A valid DMCA takedown notice includes:

• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
• Identification of the material on Drafted that is allegedly infringing, with enough detail to allow us to locate it (URL, screenshot, or bundle ID).
• Your contact information — full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement made in good faith that the use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

This document is under review by Indian counsel. Formal text replaces this draft before any bundle ships.

Counter-notice

If you believe content of yours was removed in error, send a counter-notice to dmca-counter@trydrafted.store. On receipt of a valid counter-notice and absent legal action from the original claimant, the removed content is restored within 10 to 14 business days.

A valid counter-notice includes:

• Identification of the material that was removed.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was the result of mistake or misidentification.
• Your full name, address, telephone number, and email address.
• Consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant court for the address you provided.
• Your physical or electronic signature.
